Making a Purchase
PURCHASES – Any purchase of Warburtons printed products from this web shop are subject to the following terms and conditions. Please read these carefully.
These terms and conditions do not affect your statutory rights
Shopping on Line – Making a purchase is very easy, just browse the store and add any items that you wish to purchase into the shopping basket. After you have made your selection, click on "Check Out" and you will be asked to enter your details so that you can then submit your order.
Once you have submitted your order you will be directed to the card processing page were your card details are entered. Please note that this page is encrypted for your safety. Once we have processed your order you will receive via email our acknowledgement which will include an Order Number which you should keep safe in case of query.
On despatch of your chosen goods, you will receive a further confirmation email.
PRICES – The price for each product is shown in UK pounds and includes VAT were applicable. The total cost of your order will be the price of the products plus the delivery charge. We try to ensure that all prices are accurate, but sometimes a product may be incorrectly priced. Should this occur, we will immediately contact you and if you do not wish to proceed, we will cancel your order and make a full refund.
PAYMENT – Payment is by Credit or Debit Card only. We accept payment by Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, Solo and Delta. Please note that we do not accept other types of card such as American Express or Diners Club. We take payment for your order on the day it is submitted.
BACK ORDERS – If we are unable to fullfil your order we will notify you by email or telephone.
TAX CHARGES – VAT is included in the price of the products displayed on the web store.
CREDIT/DEBIT CARD SECURITY – Shopping with the Warburtons Store is secure. We use PayPoint as our payment gateway which is fully encrypted.
SHIPPING AND HANDLING – We only accept orders for delivery within the UK. We can ship to a UK address other than the billing address but the billing address must be the same as that on the card being used for payment.
DELIVERIES – We aim to deliver within 14 days of receipt of your order, but please allow extra time for deliveries around public holidays. Whilst every effort will be made to deliver on time, no liability is accepted for delays occasioned by circumstances beyond our control.
GUARANTEE – We trust that you will be delighted with your purchase but we understand that there may be occasions when you find it neccessary to return a product. Please see our "returns Policy" below.
FAULTY PRODUCTS – Should a product you receive be faulty or damaged in transit, please contact us within 7 days by email or telephone. We will either provide you with a freepost address or arrange collection. Please ensure that you enclose your name and order number. On receipt of the product we will send you a replacement or provide a full refund if you prefer. This does not affect your statutory rights.
DATA PROTECTION – We are committed to protecting your personal data and comlying with data protection legislation.We will only use the data you supply through this website for use in connection with your purchase of Warburtons products and we will not use any data that is not voluntarily supplied..
